Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) Guidance on Online/Remote Classes for Fall 2020 Semester
The University of New Haven will be operating in a hybrid manner for the fall 2020 semester. Please visit this link, and see the section of the FAQ titled "International Students" for more details. The FAQ will be updated as needed, so please check the page frequently.
The International Services Office (ISO) advocates for and advises the international student population at the University of New Haven on U.S. immigration and visa-related issues. The office also supports and facilitates the transition of international students to the university community.
The ISO promotes and celebrates individuals in an intercultural environment. The ISO is a center where international students can seek advice on the intersection of academics and U.S. immigration regulations, and social and acculturation issues. In addition, the ISO provides orientations and workshops on topics of interest such as immigration requirements, employment, and cross-cultural communication. Finally, the ISO exposes the University of New Haven community to the international population through the annual International Festival as well as other programs and events. Our overall vision is to foster global awareness throughout the university community.
