About Jessica
For over 15 years, Jessica has worked in supporting diverse students. Her professional and personal passion for diversity is rooted in growing up first-generation in a multicultural and mixed faith home. She was drawn to pursue her Master’s in international education and has since gained experience in study abroad programming, international admission, recruitment, marketing, enrollment management, community engagement, and global education consulting before joining UNH as a Career Advisor.
Jessica welcomes collaboration and conversation with faculty, staff, and students. Her focus is on offering meaningful career development support for traditionally underrepresented and underserved students. She supports students throughout their professional journey and challenges them to develop their career readiness competencies and confidence through hosting events and offering private career counseling sessions. Contact Jessica if you have an interest in career advising for yourself, your organization, or your department!
You can find Jessica outside of work exploring her New Haven neighborhood with her son, Jakob. She likes to keep busy by volunteering, teaching childbirth, sipping coffee, shopping vintage, and trying new hobbies like tarot, Zumba, or fishing.
