Spring 2025 and Winter Intersession Pre-Registration
Spring 2025 Pre-Registration
The Spring 2025 course schedule is now available in myCharger in Self Service Banner (SSB). Self Service Banner will open at 7:00am on the following mornings:
- Graduate and Doctoral students – Monday, October 28th
- Seniors (87 credits and above) – Monday, November 4th
- Special Populations – Tuesday, November 5th
- Juniors (57 to 86 credits) – Thursday, November 7th
- Sophomores (27 to 56 credits) – Tuesday, November 12th
- First Year (0 to 26 credits) – Thursday, November 14th
For your convenience, Registrar’s Office staff will be available in the One Stop Office in Bergami Hall beginning at 7 a.m. on all registration days to support students with the registration process.
Winter Intersession 2024-25 Pre-Registration
Registration for Winter Intersession 2024-25 will be open to all students the week of October 21st. Students will be notified via their University email once they may start registering in SSB.

2025-2026 FAFSA Coming Soon
The 2025-2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) will be available on or before December 1, 2024. Students who are eligible to file a FAFSA will be notified via their University email once the form is available to complete.
How to Prepare:
- Create an Account and Username (FSA ID) for studentaid.gov (if you do not have one).
- If you are a dependent student, your parent(s) will need their own FSA ID as well.
- Parents without a social security number can create an FSA ID after the 2025-2026 FAFSA becomes available.
- Gather your 2023 tax and income information.
- Complete your FAFSA as soon as it becomes available.
- Monitor your University email account for updates and information requests.
- It is never too early to apply for outside scholarships. Resources can be found under Financial Wellness on myCharger.

Financial Wellness Program
Are you familiar with the University’s Financial Wellness Program? This program offers engaging and relatable events and activities to support our student’s with money management skills and financial education.
- There are several workshops offered each semester including our current Fall 2024 Cashparency Series.
- The Financial Wellness Program also offers one on one meetings with Student Financial Wellness peer educators on topics such as setting financial goals for the future, scholarship searching, and student loan management.
- Visit iGrad, the University’s financial literacy platform to gain free access to loan repayment calculators, banking, credit, and savings information, job searching, and much more.
- Save the Date!Join us in the Alumni Lounge on Tuesday, October 29 from 2-4 pm for a real life version of the Game of Life! Play the game of "Life" as you follow your path after graduation, make choices, experience unexpected surprises and win PRIZES!

💡 Tip of the Month
Check your account for holds!
To help you prepare for a successful Spring 2025 registration, we highly encourage all students to check their account for holds prior to their pre-registration date.
Students can check for holds in Self Service Banner (SSB) via the myCharger portal. In SSB click on Student > Registration > Registration Status > Select Spring 2025 > Submit.
If you see a caution sign, you have a hold on your account that will prevent you from registering for classes. Click on View Holds at the bottom of the page for more information.
